Nieruchomości - Dutkiewicz is a licensed real estate agency established in the year 2000. The office is located in the heart of Krakow's old town with excellent communications and car parking nearby. The office is run by young, operative and enthusiastic persons who speak foreign languages.

Knowing the requests foreign clients have and the standards they require we are offering full service and help to rent or buy real estates in Krakow. We specialise in certain districts like the Old Town, the surrounding city centre, Kazimierz, Wola Justowska or Krowodrza. From experience we know that these areas are the most popular among foreigners.

Our offers include a wide range of real estate properties for sale or rent, from small studios in the main centre to large villas in Wola Justowska. Some can be rented even for a few weeks others only for longer periods of time.
